studies have shown that you need 8-10 hours of sleep for productive intellectual work

@jstfrths I've been sleeping 7 hours a night for the past few years. Only recently it's getting difficult as the sleep is destroyed if I get late to sleep by 15-20 mins.
@jstfrths MD residents aren't productively intellectual then? Please. These studies are fine for the average person, but strong performers can bend this limitation to their will a bit, and we see it happening everywhere in high performing professions
